IMEN766 Queueing Theory

1. Course description:
Students will learn various techniques for the performance analysis of queueing systems and networks. Through the group project, students will define their own problems concerning queues and develop their own tools for analyzing and solving their problems.

2. Offered: Fall 2013, Fall 2014, Fall 2016

3. Prerequisites: IMEN366 Probability Modeling & Analysis, IMEN666 Applied Stochastic Processes or equivalent

4. Textbook: Gautam, N., Analysis of Queues: Methods and Applications, 2012
